The big idea of this application is to create a workout diary and a companion in the future where the records are entered as you go with minimal required input. In the best-case scenario, you will only need to tap a button before you start a set, then tap a button after you completed it and one more time after the rest is over. The application will track the time and prepopulate the last used numbers such as the weight or repetition counts. If your routine is the same that’s it.
